Negotiating the back streets. “Streets” in Venice were generally built only wide enough to accomodate the occasional filth-cart. Gentlemen and other wealthy fruitcakes typically travelled by gondola.  

I’m looking at David Bailey a lot, so we’ll be seeing a lot of stuff in this vein for some time.
